The Show: This is the other side, I’m crying

Starting today with one of our favourite Cabaret Voltaire songs “Yashar“, the first of their tunes to use the “70 billion people of Earth, where are they hiding?” Outer Limits sample.

It was later re-purposed for a 90’s electronica compilation, “Happy Land” culminating, this week, in bewilderment for one or two unsuspecting Taylor Swift fans…

 

The online world needs little excuse for a mash-up, so the Cabaret Voltaylors have already begun.
