The pleasure is ours Mr Hash.

I discovered your blog a few nights ago (via Hype Machine I think probably searching for Moroder tracks). The Tears for Fears, Fairlight, and Synth Britannia posts kept me up till 3 in the morning. Played the Cyber People and Mito tracks on the show today. Thanks for putting us on to the good shizzle!!!

I see Mito in your playlist.

I did my own re-mastering of the original 1977 "Droid" track by Automat. The original sounded like mono recording. I made it sound pseudo-stereo in the re-mastering, at the same time beefing it up a little. You can hear both original and my own versions at the following blog/link of mine (link below). Also in that blog is Mito's 1982 remix of "Droid" which is what you have in your playlist. It was recorded in high-resolution and personally given to me by some dude from France.

Here's the link to my Droid blog (good read)...

Here's the direct mp3 link...

Enjoy.

[...] As well as posting tracks Leighton also posts delicious mixes full of hypnotic tech-house. Perfect stuff for long plane and train rides. Last year I contact Leighton and asked him if he would like to put together a mix for The Joint. To our delight he was keen to oblige and we played the mix on our 16 January 2010 show.
Thanks Donna

Anything that omits Anml Cllctv, Grzzly Br, Vmpr Wknd is fine by me.

That Delphic track "Counterpoint" is one of the great singles of 2009. Their album "Acolyte" ain't too shabby either.
